    Improvements

    • Recommendation engine improvements.

In version 2.30.0, we introduced a new section in the Context Help (CH), which displays the recommended guides chosen by the YesElf Artificial Intelligence based on the data of user’s interactions with the application. We have improved that recommendation engine, which is now more accurate to offer most relative guides your users need.

  • 2.32.0

    What’s new?

    • Record guides and their steps and download them as a document.

YesElf now has a new feature that will automate the capturing guides and its steps. You can easily initiate the recording where YesElf will automatically and continuously take a screenshot every time a step is triggered which then YesElf will capture the whole process and you can download it as a document file to your computer. Once triggered, YesElf will continuously record the entire process until the recording process is turned off. This recording will include the name of the guide, the text the step contains, date and time of recording and the screenshot where the step bubble is displayed, YesElf will store the recording in the cloud and be available to download as a word document on-demand.

    Bug Fixes

YesElf had fixed a bug that intermittently caused the YesElf Editor to freeze while starting for those who use the virtual private network (VPN) and when the internet speed was slower than average. Now all services are running as intended.

  • 2.31.8

  • 2.30.11

    What’s new?

    • The full-screen takeover and sidebar widgets are now customizable. Previously, by default, the full-screen and sidebar widgets would place a shadow on the rest of the screen to bring the users’ or visitors’ attention to the widget by creating contrast. Now the YesElf Editor has control over turning off the shadow or adding a blurring effect. With this change, the Full-Screen takeover widget’s behavior will be consistent with other widget types.
    • YesElf now has a new theme. With the addition of the new theme, YesElf now has over twenty themes to choose from. New YesElf themes that will complement the look and feel of your application are created by our master developers on-demand.
